SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

STANDARD SHIPPING

Goods are shipped worldwide.

For shipments in Estonia, we use standard shipping that will cost 5€ per shipment. 

With EU purchases we use standard shipping that will cost 15€ per shipment. 

Shipments outside the EU will cost 25€ per shipment.

 After the payment is confirmed the goods will be ready to be shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on the customer’s order: a product that is in stock or personal design order. 

When your order is ready for shipping, we will send a confirmation email that includes the tracking number and all necessary information about your package.

DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY

There is also an option for DHL Express delivery that will cost 35€ per shipment. DHL Express delivery will, in most cases, arrive the next day. DHL will deliver the parcel to your door and will notify you in advance with details of the delivery. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact our customer service: info@anurieberg.com. 

STANDARD WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Standard Worldwide shipments will arrive within 10-30 business days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases, which will be communicated immediately to the customer when the case arises. There might be additional taxes and duties to be paid by the customer on the arrival of the parcel to countries outside the EU. We will do all we can to get the parcel to you as soon as possible, but will not be responsible for any delays caused by the customs and duties processes in the receiving country.

RETURNS

We offer a 15-day returns policy for all items purchased on our website.

If 15 days have passed since you have received your package we can not offer a refund or exchange.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • Return the item(s) in original packaging.

  • Return must include the original invoice and Returns form, as well as the Return number 

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO 

  • Please email our Customer Service team at info@anurieberg.com and quote your name, order number and list the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Customer Service team will give you a Returns number and send you a Returns Form. They will also advise where to send the item(s).

  • Fill in the Returns form and add it into the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (or send the Returns to form back to our Customer Service via email at info@anurieberg.com).

  • Close the parcel and send it with your chosen method of shipment to:

WHAT WE DO

  • All returns will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the items.

  • If everything is in order, we will refund the cost of your item(s) to the account that was used for the original transaction. We will let you know when the refund has been processed.

  • If the item(s) have been sent back outside the 15-day return period or in a condition that indicates the item(s) have been worn/washed in any way (including make-up, deodorant marks), the return will not be accepted. We will advise you of this and will send the item(s) back to you.

 

NOTE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS FOR RETURNING AN OLD ITEM

These return terms do not apply to an old item that you wish to return as mentioned under “Afterlife of the clothing” under the “About” section. 

As stated under the “Afterlife of the clothing” section, if the old design that you purchased from us has expired for you please send it back to us. When you return an old item we award you with a 15% discount off from a new product from our store. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
